Peppermint Patti loves to spread her southern hospitality with others in southern Arizona. She's happy she was born and 'raised' in Louisville, Kentucky, and then took little step south to Nashville, Tennessee, where she stayed just long enough to get a B.A. in English at Vanderbilt University. After living in lots of places, (Lima and Puerto Vallarta being her favorites), her family decided to settle in our wonderful Tucson area where they originally bought, restored and ran the Ponderosa lodge on nearby Mt. Lemmon which, (oops!), burned to the ground in in 1970. The family, with 3 children by then, settled in the Sam Hughes neighborhood in Tucson and Patti got her Arizona real estate license and liked it all so much she got her broker's license as well1 And then she spent a number of years in Sonoita, Arizona running a branch office for another company. The ranch dudes nicknamed her "Cow Patti"!
So Patti is just finally accepting the hard cold fact that her age factor concerns potential customers, (they worry about her stamina), so she has adapted the following policy, says she: "I promise to combine my considerable knowledge with another Long agent of the clients' choice so that said customers get two agents for the price of one! So Patti is still very much around and is still saying, "Gimme a call at 520-850-3908 and I'll come a runnin'!" Really!
