Peppermint Patti loves to spread her southern hospitality to others in southern Arizona. She's happy she was born and 'raised' in Louisville, Kentucky, and then took a little step south to Nashville, Tennessee, where she stayed just long enough to get a B.A. in English at Vanderbilt University. After living in lots of places, (Lima and Puerto Vallarta being her favorites), her family decided to settle in our wonderful Tucson area where they originally bought, restored and ran the Ponderosa lodge on nearby Mt. Lemmon which, (oops!), burned to the ground in 1970. The family, with 3 children by then, settled in the Sam Hughes neighborhood in Tucson and Patti got her Arizona real estate license and liked it all so much she got her broker's license as well! After some awesome and wonderful years in Tucson - (lots of it learning 'on the job' about the ins and outs of exchanging properties) - she next spent a number of years in beautiful, Sonoita, Arizona, in its golden years, running a branch office for another company. The ranch dudes and their cowbell wives there nicknamed her "Cow Patti"and her youngest child, Ed, was tapped to represent the U. S by spending his senior year abroad in New Zealand - an award bestowed by the local Rotary Club.
(Patti knows the who, what, where and how of real estate and she additionally knows that it is smart to always supply some younger outstanding agent to join with her proven efforts. She truly believes in the concept that "Two is better than one"! Just call Patti at 520-850-3908 and the duo will come a runnin!
